ORDER POLICY
If a customer cancels their order twice without receiving the product, their future orders will be subject to additional confirmation steps.
Full Payment Requirement: For the third order and any subsequent orders, the customer will be required to pay in full at the time of placing the order.
Advance Payment for COD Orders:
If the Cash on Delivery (COD) value is higher than 3000 BDT, the customer must pay a 10% advance at the time of placing the order. This advance payment will be deducted from the total COD amount due at the time of delivery.
The order will be processed only after the advance payment has been received and confirmed.
