CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

INSIDE DHAKA

1. During delivery customers must have to check the products (Color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent and after that no complain will be accepted.

2. The customer can change if he wants, but the product must not be used. if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.

3. Delivery time: 1-2 working days.

4.Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.

5. LUFEH reserves the right to change any policy any time.

OUTSIDE DHAKA:

1. Customers must have to check the products (color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery and no complaints will be accepted.

2. The customer can change if he wants, but the product must not be used. if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.

3. Delivery charge of Tk 120 is applicable for both cash on delivery (COD) and advance payment modes. | Delivery charges may be higher due to variation in product quantity and weight |

5. Delivery time: 3-4 working days.

6. Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.
